Robert V. Jones
President & Chief Executive Officer
Robert V. Jones is the co-founder of PReSafe Technologies and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jones has more than 25 years of leadership and technology experience with increasing responsibility. Prior to founding PReSafe Technologies, he was Staff Director, IT Infrastructure and Operations with IEEE, Inc. (Inst. of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). There he led the architecture and IT service delivery across the organization for both enterprise infrastructure and ecommerce infrastructure with revenue from online subscription services approaching $200M annually. His direct responsibilities included cyber security strategy and implementation among others. Of notable achievement, he led his team to create and introduce a unique messaging service with innovative virus detection and junk message reduction features to facilitate safer Internet communication for IEEE members. More than 100K IEEE members subscribed driving a volume of over 375M messages processed annually making it one of the most popular IEEE member benefits for some time. He has also held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Brookhaven National Laboratory; Merck, Inc.; and Mars, Inc..
He holds a Master of Science from Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN both in Electrical Engineering. He is designated a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) by the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium, Inc., (ISC)2®. Mr. Jones completed executive education programs including Leadership and Team Effectiveness at Yale University School of Management and Delivering Information Services at Harvard Business School.
He is a member of IEEE; InfraGard; Antiphishing Working Group (APWG); the International Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2®; the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG); the Security Industry Association (SIA); and the Government Technology Services Coalition (GTSC).
George G. Hadrick, Colonel , Retired
George G. Hadrick is a senior executive at PReSafe Technologies. Mr. Hadrick works closely with the President and Chief Executive Officer. He is a highly accomplished and influential leader with 30+ years of military experience with the vision and talent for developing and executing winning strategies to achieve a mission.
Mr. Hadrick has successfully provided strategic direction in all aspects of military operations by providing oversight, tactical level expertise and leadership. He is skilled in interfacing with business leader in the global market, small and large businesses, and start-up and turnaround situations. Most notably, Mr. Hadrick is adept at directing cross functional and interdepartmental teams in local, federal and state agencies, as well as, allies of international organizations. He brings to bear a proven track record in facilitating profitability through expert development and management of military operations.
Mr. Hadrick’s selected accomplishments include successfully planning and coordinating the $300MM+ installation of fiber optic cable and the administration and monitoring of $400MM+ Defense Initiative funding throughout Europe.
Mr. Hadrick has held key leadership responsibilities including Department of Defense (DoD) government liaison coordinating directly with international organizations including NATO, the EU and foreign governments; Action Officer for critical disaster/emergency management operations in response to the Federated States of Micronesia Disaster Relief et al.; Department of Defense (DoD) Liaison to FEMA, the National Incident Management Assistance Team, and the US Secret Service; Department of State; Acting Defense Coordinating Officer (DCO) during Hurricane Irene; and proactively identified and enhanced the development of national planning scenarios such as terrorist attacks, nuclear/biological/ chemical agents, and catastrophic natural disasters to improve preparedness.
He holds a Master of Arts, National Security & Strategic Studies, US Naval War College; a Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration, Lincoln University, PA; and advanced training at the United Nations Institute for Training & Research, United Nations Institute; and Federal Emergency Management Training, Federal Emergency Institute (FEMA); Adjunct Faculty, U.S Army Management College.
